Rik Beekers is the founder of Beekers Capital. Rik’s background spans M&A advisory and venture investing, having worked in Amsterdam, London, and New York at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Ramphastos Investments. He has held leadership positions at ADPI / Hypact Advisor, OHAO and Funxtion. He holds degrees from Erasmus University Rotterdam and the University of Washington.
Koen Derks is a Partner at Beekers Capital with a background in corporate finance, entrepreneurship, and buy & build strategies. He began his career at Rabobank in New York and Utrecht, before founding and expanding an innovative leisure concept across Europe. Koen also sourced and executed a buy & build platform, gaining hands-on experience in scaling businesses. He holds a law degree from Utrecht Law College.
Wesley Kuiper is a Principal at Beekers Capital. Wesley’s background spans M&A advisory and investment banking having worked in Amsterdam and London at Nomura. He holds degrees from University of Amsterdam and the Erasmus School of Economics.

Maarten partnered with Beekers Capital in a daring turnaround of mortgage advisory SaaS Hypact Advisor which culminated in a successful sale to Yellowtail Conclusion. Maarten continues, together with Beekers Capital, to own and operate online mortgage advisory firm OHAO. He holds degrees from University of Amsterdam and University of Groningen.
