✅ Gets things done. Set a meeting with a potential investor or client? Not next week Thursday when your agenda is empty - how about today.
✅ Is fluent in both Dutch and English, not Denglish. You will be spending time in the US, UK, and Europe, and you have to be able to hold your own against the Oxbridge/Stanford types.
✅ Has strong analytical and business acumen. You must be able to understand a business in a short timeframe, and spin up a 3-statement model and an IM.
✅ Is structured and precise. You will manage multiple deals at the same time that require structure and attention to detail.
✅ Brings 5+ years of experience from M&A, PE, VC, TS, or consultancy. You need to be able to run a full transaction yourself.
✅ Has a Pippi Long stocking mentality. If you’ve never done something, chances are you can do it.
✅ Is dedicated. We help founders in the most important period of their lives and act (and are available) accordingly. No 9 to 5.
