Yesterday, I dabbled into teaching for the first time ever.. and I have to say I really loved it!

Whale Academy invited me to provide a full-day hands-on interactive financial modeling deep-dive session curated to junior VC investors.

I put the participants from VC firms including In kef, Rubio Impact Ventures, Slingshot Ventures, SHIFT Invest, DFF Ventures (Dutch Founders Fund), Capita lT, Innovation Quarter, The Sharing Group and World Fund on the grill and made sure we built a fully flexible SaaS focused financial model together - from scratch!

In my opinion, you learn the most by immersing yourself and actually doing the subject you want to learn. Mistakes, frustrations and all.

Looking at the concentrated faces, questions for me, and cooperation between participants throughout the session, I think we succeeded in making the course hands-on and interactive.
