Tomorrow I'll be representing Beekers Capital with Maarten Tellegen at Roll Up Europe's Software Serial Acquirors Summit in London to connect with operators, investors, lenders, and bankers to discuss the latest and greatest in the software acquisition space, comparing notes on how AI can super charge business plans post-close and discuss its impact on valuations and defensibility of the traditional SaaS operating model.

After the successful acquisition and exit of ADPI, the buy-and-hold of OHAO (where we are actively embedding our service offering with AI elements as we speak) and investment and continued operational involvement at Funxtion we are now looking to double down and grow our portfolio.

Having closed 15 deals with EUR500m+ of combined EV - on both the advisory and investment side - since setting up shop in 2022 (and closing the first one of the year a few weeks ago), we have developed proper pattern recognition, dealmaking scars, operational muscle and deep technical knowledge that we are now using to generate outsized value for all involved.
